July 11, 2008. Sara Herbert-Galloway accompanied by her children Alana and Justin opened the doors of their Southampton home to close friends. An elegant soiree was held in their backyard lined with tikee torches , roses, hydrangeas, accented by lit lanterns streaming from the trees. Tony award winnng producer Stewart and Bonnie Lane arrived from London with news of the opening of their most recent show. Among other guests wishing Sara a happy birthday were eye wear guru Jon Gruen and his wife, philanthropist Henry Buhl, PR ladies Norah Lawlor and most recently married Liz Derringer, Doug Oliver,Judy Gilbert, gallery owners Edgar von Schlossberg of RVS Gallery and James Cavello and Margarite of Westwood Gallery, internationally acclaimed artist Kevin Berlin/Giovanni Rossi, Jane and Joe Pontarelli, "Kat's Eye" Katlean de Monchy with David and Emily Post, Hampton's Magazine Publisher Debra Halpert, Glenn Myles and Tex Curatola, Guggenheim Wealth Manager Barry Klarberg with sons Matt and Ryan, neighbors Christine and Jim Smith Grey, Edie Kirk, Gwen Bokine, and many other chic Hamptonites. It was a beautiful evening for all.
