NEW YORK-JULY 14: The Los Angeles based Opportunity Green team hosted “An Eco-Evening Celebrating Style with a Conscience,” with MINI-E, Environment, Neighbor, Notes on a Party, Marc Alt and Eco-Fabulous at a Bastille Day Event on Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at Environment retail store, 876 Broadway (btw 18th and 19th street), New York City, NY. As guests strolled into the three-story Environment showroom, they could easily notice the ten electric MINI-E vehicles, proudly driven by a diverse set of MINI-E Pioneers. Guests included: Julie Gilhart of Barneys New York, Marc Alt, Davide Berruto, Celia Chen, Juergen Dold, Mike Flynn, Zem Joachin,Chathri Munasinghe, Katy Saeger, Karen Solomon and Camilla Trigano, Helen Walters (BusinessWeek), along with eco-designer Bahar Shahpar, Treehugger founder Graham Hill, Micah Koch (NYC ACRE), Artist Peter Tunney and his beautiful wife, Amy Magee Tunney, Elspeth Rountree and eco-event planner extraordinaire, April Milliken Trigg of eventologie who earlier this summer was responsible for one of the most beautiful and successful fundraisers ever held by The Group for the East End in the Hamptons. The evening served as the New York launch for the Opportunity Green Business Conference to be held at UCLA on November 7-8, 2009 which will host today’s brightest leaders and innovators at the forefront of the green business revolution.
